ACTA Capital co-manages Alceon Group’s investment in Mosaic Brands.

Mosaic Brands Ltd (MOZ:AX) is one of Australia’s largest specialty retailers. It was formed when Noni B Ltd acquired Pretty Girl Fashion Group and subsequently a number of brands from Specialtty Fashion Group.
